Your initial consult, assessment, care plan and first adjustment are all scheduled on the same day. We know your schedule is full and we are here to make life as easy as possible.

During your first visit at Cafe of Life, plan to spend 30-45 minutes to allow enough time for us to be completely thorough not only with our assessment and exam, but also in getting to know you. We will take time to understand what you are feeling and listen to the concerns, challenges, and objectives you have in life. We will personally answer any questions that come up as you explore what we do, how we do it, and what is possible for you and your family with Innate Centered Chiropractic.

Next, we take the time to deep dive and explore your history, current activities and stresses that may be influencing what you are experiencing in your body right now. Then we will assess your neuro-spinal system and the alignment of your spine and body for balance and function. We will completely explain to you everything we find and how it’s relevant to you and what you have experienced.

We are laser-focused just on you during this potent and intentional appointment time. At the end of the exam, we will discuss a plan to move forward and you can decide if your personal objectives are congruent with our objectives and practice. If you are ready to begin, your care will typically start on that same day.
